The garden facilities include a covered gazebo and concrete bbq, a swing seat, our very own garden bar, sunbeds and plenty of parasols enabling you to catch the sun or hide from it as required.

The ground floor features a spacious open plan Lounge & Dining area, a cloakroom/wc/washbasin and a well appointed kitchen with all the usual facilities.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with its en-suite wc and shower, and second double bedroom lead out onto a beautiful shared balcony.

The Local Area

The Villa is just a 5 minute stroll from Mandria village which boasts several tavernas, an Italian restaurant, a fish and chip restaurant/bar and a mini market.

In turn, Mandria is approximately 20 minutes drive from the town of Paphos via the nearby motorway.

A minibus service into Paphos operates daily (except Sunday) and costs approximately €2 each way. A local taxi service is also available from the village centre,

Visitors wanting to exlore a little further than the village will find the crystal blue sea and shingle beaches (with a lovely beach bar) just a 30 minute stroll or a short drive away from the Villa.

Local tradition, interesting history, picturesque scenery and beautiful coastal walks alongside the Mediterranean Sea are all within easy reach by car.

For those seeking more adventure, great opportunities are available for pony trekking, segway and buggy tours, water sports, boat hire, fishing trips and more in and around the Paphos area.

Numerous waterside restaurants, bars and cafes around Paphos Harbour are also definitely well worth a visit.
